There are a lot of ways to develop a first version of a class. My preferred way is to quickly lay out the course pages with placeholder text on them. Then you can go back and put in finished content as the course develops. This method takes advantage of the malleable nature of new media; storyboard and finished production can be done at the same time. (BTW, this is how Charlie Chaplin worked. He filmed, then looked a the shots and decided what the story details would be).
