Before uploading files, we need to create a directory on the Host*. This is fairly simple to do. In order to to this you must be connected to the Internet.
I will give instructions for both Windows and Macintosh
Windows using WS_FTP LE |
|
Launch Software |
|
|
Before uploading the files, we need to create a personal directory in the Host. In the right hand pane, select the button MkDir |
![]() |
|
When the dialog box comes up, type in personal as your folder name. (Doesn't it figure? After all my harping about calling folders "directories," WS_FTP calls them "folders." |
![]() |
With the directory made, the Host site is now ready for your files.
*This step is not really necessary, but
it can't hurt to practice this sort of thing.![]()
