For you all I have prepared a short eLecture on the topic. Please look at this even if you understand ID, as it shows one way Blackboard can be used to teach.

Leading an Online Discussion
Now that we’re comfortable with interacting online, the next step will be to get comfortable teaching online. Last week’s exercise was intended to have you all try your hand at creating learning materials. Now I’d like you to think about conducting a discussion online. Starting next week I'll have some of you serve as facilitators. Duties are as follows:
- Begin the discussion with interesting questions
- Facilitate the discussing
- Encourage participation
- Summarize what was said at the end of the week
Assignments due February 9
- Full participation in online discussions

- Unit 4 - all sections and activities
- Unit 5 - all sections and activities
- Unit 6 - all sections and activites
- Complete the 20 questions exercise
